Our exchange and refund policy
We are willing to exchange the product or refund you in the following situations:
- The product is defective or damaged in transit (within 5-7 business days from the time you receive the product).
- The partner fails to fulfill the service commitment.
- Conditions of use, for whatever reason, are subject to change from the original.
- For other situations, please contact us via hotline for us to consider and have a satisfactory solution. Please keep the unused product.
Conditions for returning products
- The product must still have the label on the product body.
- The product covered by the warranty must be intact as at the time of purchase, not broken, cracked, or lost.
- During the warranty period of exchange/return.
